With Uttam Reddy as its driving force it first opened its doors in 2003. Today it has six branches all across Hyderabad. Uttam and his core team personally supervise the purchase of the produce, testing of the recipes and the daily tasting of the food to ensure that the quality is maintained across all the outlets. With the quality of food and service par excellence the restaurants see over 1000 footfalls daily besides the huge number of takeaways and home deliveries.
The menu all encompasses the distinctive cuisines of all three regions of Coastal Andhra, Telangana and Rayalaseema region. Most of the recipes and cooking procedures and centuries old. Some of the standout Non Vegetarian dishes are Paya Soup, Kodi Vepudu,Kheema Muttilu,Naatu Kodi Pulusu, Gongurra Mamsam, Bommidayala Pulusu, Royyala Iguru, Andhra Kodi Kura, Talakaya mamsam, Andhra Dum Biryani. Vegetarians take delight in Rasam, Ulavacharu, Alasandala vada, Palakura & Gongura Pappu, Gutti Vankaya Kura, Jeedi Pappu Kura,Sambhar and a wide range of Pulaos& Biryanis. The millet based accompaniments such as Ragi Sangati and Jonna Rotte topped with dollops of ghee and a wide selection of Pickles and Podis make for a wholesome delicious meal.

Rayalaseema Ruchulu has its fair share of celeb spotting along with National & Local Television networks alike constantly featuring the cuisine on shows like Good Food and Chake le India on NDTV, Utsav Thalis of India on Living Foods and with Michelin Starred Chef Vineet Bhatia on Fox Traveller. Social media feeds of local and Indian bloggers constantly mention and post pictures of our food which provides for a visual treat,honest opinions and feedbacks.
The numerous awards we have received over the years are a testimony to the flavours that we work so hard to keep authentic.
With employment being provided directly and indirectly to about 500 people and vendors. The Rayalaseema Ruchulu family is encouraged to take care of their physical and mental health by conducting health check ups, daily meditation and time off with their family as required. This leads to a very low attrition rate and most of our employees have been with us since the beginning.
Corporate social responsibility also extends to food donation on a weekly basis to orphanges, old age homes and conducts blood donation camps. In addition Free Drinking water camps are set across the city in the scorching summer months.
